Ingredients
- 100 g blueberries β frozen
- 100 g clementine β peeled, or orange peeled
- 100 g banana
- 25 g hemp seeds
- 15 g fresh parsley β including stems
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml water
