Ingredients
- 15 g fresh aromatic herbs — parsley, basil, coriander
- 200 g unsalted cashews — soaked in cold water overnight or at least 8 hours before and drained well
- 2 linguri cu vârf yeast flakes
- 110 ml cold water
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml neutral-tasting oil — sunflower oil, walnut oil
- 1 cățel de garlic
- ½ - ¾ linguriță salt — după gust
- 1 priză pepper
- 1-2 lingurițe shallot — chopped, 2 mm, to taste

- In a food processor or blender, add the aromatic herbs, drained cashews, nutritional yeast flakes, cold water, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Blend for about 1 minute until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the shallot and mix (without blending) until incorporated.
- Season to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
