Ingredients
- 180 g tuna β canned
- 250 g cream cheese β Philadelphia
- 1 spring onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 30 g walnuts
- salt β to taste
- pepper β to taste
Roasted Red Pepper and Cashew Dip
- 160 g raw cashews
- 350 g roasted red peppers
- 15 g fresh parsley
- 60 g parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- 15 ml olive oil
- salt β to taste
Instructions
Place parsley, walnuts, spring onion/shallot, salt and ground black pepper into mixing bowl and chopΒ 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add cream cheese and mix 12 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add canned tuna and mix 15 sec/speed 5. Serve on toasted bread or crackers.
Add red peppers, olive oil and salt and mixΒ 10 sec/speed 6.
Add cashews and chop 1 min/speed 4. Serve on toasted bread or crackers.
