  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 30 g walnuts

Roasted Red Pepper and Cashew Dip

  • 160 g raw cashews
  • 350 g roasted red peppers
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 60 g parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • salt β€” to taste

Place parsley, walnuts, spring onion/shallot, salt and ground black pepper into mixing bowl and chopΒ 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add cream cheese and mix 12 sec/speed 4.5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
