🍖 Tender Pork Belly, Cooked in Beer – a flavorful and juicy alternative to classic oven-roasted meat! 🍺 🌟 Nutritional Benefits: Pork belly is a great source of protein, and cooking it slowly in beer enhances the tenderness and infuses it with rich, aromatic flavors. 💡 Quick Tip: Use dark beer…

  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of thyme

Put the sunflower oil in a cast iron pot with a lid, add the meat slices, and fry them for 2-3 minutes over high heat.

1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2

With the heat turned off, add the beer and spices over the meat, cover the pot with a lid, and place it in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C.

3

Add a few sliced potatoes among the meat and place it back in the oven, covered, for 30 minutes.

4

Remove the lid and return to the oven for another 20 minutes, until the meat and potatoes are nicely browned.
