Roasted Pepper Salad with Feta
Ingredients
- 200 g roasted Kapia Peppers — cleaned of seeds and skin
- 80 g feta cheese — or telemea cheese
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste

Peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds, and then cut them into pieces.

Finely chop the peppers using a knife or mash them in a food processor.

Add the feta cheese and mix until well combined.
