Ingredients

  • 350 g bread flour — plus extra for dusting
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Knead the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
  6. Roll out each ball into a circle with a diameter of approximately 20 cm.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (no oil is needed).
  8. Cook the flatbreads one at a time for 1 minute on each side.
