- 350 g bread flour — plus extra for dusting
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar

- In a large bowl, add the flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Knead the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
- Roll out each ball into a circle with a diameter of approximately 20 cm.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (no oil is needed).
- Cook the flatbreads one at a time for 1 minute on each side.
