Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate — 53% cocoa
- 200 g butter — at room temperature
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of flour — plus extra for the molds
Instructions
Prepare the aluminum molds, grease them with butter, and dust them with flour.
In a heatproof bowl, break the chocolate into pieces, add the cubed butter, and melt them over a bain-marie, stirring gently until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
In a bowl, add the eggs and the 3 tablespoons of flour. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Gradually pour the chocolate mixture over the egg mixture, stirring continuously with a whisk until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Fill the molds and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the surface of the cakes cracks slightly.
Serve with fresh fruits or a scoop of creamy ice cream.
