🍝 Quattro Formaggi Pasta is a dream for cheese lovers! This Italian classic combines perfectly cooked pasta with a creamy sauce made from four cheeses like mozzarella, gorgonzola, and parmigiano-reggiano, each adding its unique texture and flavor. 🧀 Easy and quick to prepare, it’s perfect for…

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pasta — spaghete, penne, fusilli or rigatoni
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 125 g brie
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 500 ml heavy cream — 20% fat
  • parmesan for garnish
  • salt — to taste
  • pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of plenty of salted water to enhance the pasta's flavor. Usually, the cooking time ranges from 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the type of pasta and your preference for 'al dente' texture.
  2. Cut the cheeses into small cubes. In a large saucepan, combine the liquid cream with the cheeses and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the cheese sauce to the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan. Mix well and serve the pasta hot.
