- 1 kg pasta — spaghete, penne, fusilli or rigatoni
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 100 g cheddar
- 125 g brie
- 125 g mozzarella
- 500 ml heavy cream — 20% fat
- parmesan for garnish
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste

- Boil the pasta in a large pot of plenty of salted water to enhance the pasta's flavor. Usually, the cooking time ranges from 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the type of pasta and your preference for 'al dente' texture.
- Cut the cheeses into small cubes. In a large saucepan, combine the liquid cream with the cheeses and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
