Ingredients

  • 375 g flour
  • 240 ml sunflower oil
  • 260 ml coconut milk
  • 180 g sugar
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Grease a bundt cake pan (Ø 22–24 cm) with a bit of oil.

Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil, and 260 ml of coconut milk to the bowl, then mix for 20 seconds / speed 5. Pour ⅔ of the batter into the prepared pan.

Add the cocoa powder and 40 g of coconut milk to the bowl, then mix for 10 seconds / speed 5. Pour the dark batter over the light one in the pan. Using a fork, toothpick, or knife, draw spiral patterns through the two layers of batter to create a marbled effect. Bake for 50–60 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a serving plate and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
