Dauphinoise potatoes

Ingredients
- 1200 g potatoes — peeled, thinly sliced (2–3 mm)
- 500 g full-fat sour cream — 35% fat
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Place the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5.

Add the potatoes, sour cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then place the simmering basket on the lid instead of the measuring cup and cook for 20 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed. Transfer to a baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 22 cm).

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes (210°C) or until golden on top.
