Ingredients
- 600 l milk
- 50 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt

- Melt the butter. In a large bowl, add the melted butter, milk, flour, eggs, and salt, and mix (using a mixer or whisk) until the batter reaches the consistency of liquid cream. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes before using it.
- Lightly grease a non-stick pan with butter and place it over medium heat. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and tilt it to cover the entire surface (the crepe should be thin). Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Flip the crepe to the other side and cook for another minute. Transfer the crepes to a plate and cover them with a napkin to keep them warm. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the crepes warm, with melted chocolate, jam, fruit, or ice cream.
