Ingredients
- 200 g sun-dried tomatoes — preserved in oil, drained (keep the oil separately)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g Cannellini beans — canned
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 g fresh basil leaves
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 pinch ground black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil — for drizzling

- In a blender or food processor, add the garlic and basil, and chop for approximately 6 seconds.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, 30g of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, beans, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend for 25-30 seconds, until the ingredients are combined.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Blend for another 20 seconds, until you achieve a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve immediately, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with salted crackers or fresh vegetables (crudités).
