Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 550 g cottage cheese
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon essence
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Add the egg, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, soft butter, flour, cocoa, and baking powder into a bowl and knead until you obtain a smooth dough. Divide the dough into two parts, cover one of the pieces with plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer. Leave the other half at room temperature.

Place the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, raisins, lemon essence, and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  1. Roll out the dough left at room temperature between two sheets of baking paper, transfer it to the pan, add the cottage cheese cream, and grate the other half of the dough from the freezer on top.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
