Ingredients

  • 6 flatbreads
  • 700 g chicken breast
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook it on a well-heated grill pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, until it is nicely browned and fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Crush the garlic. Roughly chop the cucumbers with a knife or in a food processor, ensuring they remain in small pieces and do not turn into a paste. Place the cucumbers in a cheesecloth or a clean towel and squeeze out the excess water.

In a bowl, combine the well-drained cucumbers, crushed garlic, Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Mix well until you obtain a creamy and refreshing sauce.

On each flatbread, place pieces of chicken breast, crumbled feta cheese, lettuce, and chopped parsley. Roll tightly, tucking in the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.

Place the wraps on the grill pan and toast them lightly for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the flatbread becomes slightly crispy and golden.
