Ingredients

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 250 g raspberries — plus for garnish
  • 2 spoons with honey

Mount the butterfly whisk. Add the milk and honey to the mixing bowl, then mix for 5 seconds / speed 4.

Add the chia seeds and mix for 30 seconds / reverse / speed 2. Transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Clean the mixing bowl.

Place the raspberries in the mixing bowl and blend for 15 seconds / speed 7.

Mix the raspberry purée with the chia and coconut milk mixture, pour the composition into the serving containers, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
