Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 750 ml coconut milk
- 100 g chia seeds
- 50 ml date syrup
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh raspberries — for garnish

Insert butterfly whisk. Place milk, date syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in the mixing bowl, then mix for 5 sec/speed 4.

Add chia seeds and mix for 1 min/reverse/speed 3. Scrape down the lid and sides of the mixing bowl with the spatula, then mix again for 12-15 min/reverse/speed 3 until the desired texture is reached. Remove the butterfly whisk.

Divide between serving bowls and top with raspberries to serve.
