Ingredients
- 200 g cheese — Gouda, Edam or Gruyere
- 200 g butter
- 250 g flour
- half a teaspoon of salt
- black and white sesame seeds — for sprinkling on top

- Mix the cheese with the softened butter, flour, and salt until well combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a piece of plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Form small balls from the chilled dough and place them on the prepared tray. Gently press each ball with a fork.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the biscuits to cool. Store them in an airtight container.
