Ingredients

  • 400 g biscuits — plain biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar — depending on desired sweetness
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 6 ml rum essence
  • 6 ml vanilla essence

Instructions

Place 200 grams of biscuits in the mixing bowl and crush them for 6 sec./speed 5. The same process is carried out with the remaining biscuits. Set aside in a large bowl.

1

In the bowl add butter, broken chocolate pieces, and sugar, and set for 5 min/60°C/speed 3. Extend the time if the chocolate has not completely melted.

2

Add the milk, rum essence, and vanilla and mix for 10 sec./speed 5.

3

The resulting chocolate sauce is poured over the biscuits and mixed until absorbed.

4

The mixture is placed on parchment paper, rolled into a log, tightly wrapped, and refrigerated until firm (ideally overnight).
