Ingredients

  • 400 g biscuits — plain biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar — depending on desired sweetness
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 6 ml rum essence
  • 6 ml vanilla essence

The biscuits are crushed and set aside in a large bowl.

The butter, chocolate, and sugar are melted using the bain-marie technique, stirring continuously.

Milk and essences are added to them. Mix until homogeneous.

The resulting chocolate sauce is poured over the biscuits and mixed until absorbed.
