Ingredients
- 150 g butter at room temperature, cut into pieces — plus a little extra for greasing the pan
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 4 very ripe bananas, about 350 g, cut into pieces — plus 1 banana for decoration
- 2 eggs
- 100 g walnuts — plus a few for decoration
- 200 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan (25x11 cm) with butter and breadcrumbs.

In a large bowl, combine 100 g of powdered sugar, butter, 50 g of sugar, bananas, and eggs. Mix for a few seconds until well combined. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until incorporated. Coarsely chop the nuts and add them to the mixture, gently stirring with a spatula.

Pour the batter into the pan, decorate with a banana cut in half and nuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F), then cover the bread with a sheet of baking paper and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes (180°C), or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
