  3. Add water, vegetable paste concentrate, and salt. Cook for 25 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
  4. Blend for 1 minute and 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Ingredients
  • 800 g vegetable mix for soup (zucchini, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, celery root, parsnip, peas, cut into pieces.)
  • 200 g vegetable mix for sautéing (onion, shallots, leeks, cut into pieces (2 cm))
  • 850 ml water
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable paste concentrate or 1 cube of vegetable stock (for 0.5 l)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preparation method
    1. Place the olive oil and vegetable mix for sautéing in the bowl, attach the splash guard to the lid, and sauté on High Temperature.
    2. Add the vegetable mix for the soup and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.
    3. Add water, the vegetable paste concentrate, and salt, then cook for 25 min./100°C/speed 2. Activate Blend for 1 min. 30 sec.
    4. Add more salt and pepper if needed for the perfect flavor. Serve hot.
