- Place cucumbers and salt in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to simmering basket and drain for approx. 10 minutes. Using a large spoon or your hands, squeeze as much water out of chopped cucumber as possible then set aside.
- Place garlic, dill and oil in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5.
- Add reserved chopped cucumbers, yoghurt, lemon juice and pepper then mix 20 sec/reverse/speed 2.5. Adjust seasoning to taste, transfer to a bowl and refrigerate before serving.
