Add the tomato sauce and cook for 15 min./100°C/speed .
Place the caraway seeds, paprika, cumin, turmeric, oregano, salt, and pepper into the mixing bowl and mill for 1 min./speed 10.
Add the garlic and onion and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Add 20 ml of olive oil and cook for 3 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add the basil leaves and cook for 5 min./100°C/reverse/speed 1.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread on the side.
