Put the milk, sugar, and salt in the bowl and heat for 8 min./100°C/speed 1, without the measuring cup. Add the rice and boil for 32 min./90°C/reverse/speed 1, without the measuring cup. When done, transfer to serving bowls and let it rest for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold, with cinnamon or jam.
