  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

  1. Preparation method
    1. Place the flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl, then mix for 15 seconds/speed 6.
    2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula, then knead on Dough/Spic/1 minute.
    3. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
    4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
    5. Roll each ball into a circle (approximately ⌀20 cm).
    6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (no oil is needed) and cook the flatbreads one at a time for 1 minute on each side.
