Quick flatbreads are thin, round, and flat breads originating from the Middle East and the Mediterranean, also known as “pita.” They are prepared quickly and are a popular alternative to regular bread, as they do not require rising or extended baking time. Quick flatbreads are perfect for accompanying main dishes, being filled with various ingredients to create sandwiches, or served alongside dips and appetizers.
