To prepare this recipe, we use a food processor. Make sure the food processor's bowl has the capacity to hold the entire quantity of lemonade you want to make. Also, be mindful of the processor's speed to avoid splashing liquid outside the bowl.
- Place the sugar in the food processor and pulverize for 10 seconds.
- Add the lemons (with peel), mint, and 500 ml of water to the bowl, and blend for 2-3 seconds.
- Add the remaining 500 ml of water and strain the lemonade through a sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
