Preparation method

  1. Grease a baking tray (approximately 20 cm x 30 cm) with a little oil, then line it with parchment paper and set it aside.

  1. Place the almonds and cashews in a blender or food processor and blend for 8-10 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

  1. Place the dates, shredded coconut, cocoa, salt, and coconut blossom syrup in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

  1. Add the almond and cashew mixture along with the coconut oil, then blend for 20 seconds.

  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tray and press it down to create an even layer. Score the surface into 15 pieces using a knife. Decorate each piece with goji berries. Refrigerate until the mixture firms up (approximately 2 hours).

  1. Remove the mixture from the tray and cut it into pieces. Dust the bars with cocoa before serving or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
