Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango

Ingredients
Preparation method
Place the glutinous rice, which has been soaked in cold water overnight, into a sieve or a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth, leaving some space around the edges for the steam to circulate.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Set the sieve or steamer basket over the pot, making sure it does not touch the boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for about 40 minutes, gently stirring once or twice for even cooking. Once the rice is soft and sticky, remove it from the steamer, transfer it to serving bowls, and set it aside.
Place the coconut milk, agave syrup, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thoroughly warmed without bringing it to a boil (about 5 minutes). Pour the warm coconut milk over the steamed glutinous rice. Top with mango slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
