Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the white chocolate in the bowl and mix for 8 seconds / speed 5.5. Transfer the chocolate to another container.
Place the butter and sugar in the bowl and mix for 10 seconds / speed 3.
Add the eggs and mix for 10 seconds / speed 3.5.
Add the yogurt and mix for 6 seconds / speed 3.5.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix for 20 seconds / speed 4, scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula, then add the white chocolate. Mix for another 20 seconds / speed 4.
Transfer the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add the blueberries, and bake for 35–40 minutes at 180 °C.
