Ingredients
Paration method
200 grams of biscuits are placed in a bowl and crushed for 6 sec./speed 5. The same process is carried out with the remaining biscuits. They are set aside in a large bowl. In the Thermomix bowl, butter, broken chocolate pieces, and sugar are placed, and set for 5 min/60°C/speed 3. Add the milk, rum essence, and vanilla and mix for 10 sec./speed 5. The resulting chocolate sauce is poured over the biscuits and mixed until absorbed. The mixture is placed on parchment paper, rolled into a log, tightly wrapped, and refrigerated until firm (ideally overnight).
