Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 30 cm (12-inch) loaf pan with oil and lightly dust with flour. Set aside.
Add the sugar, orange and eggs to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min / 37°C / speed 5.
Add the oil and yogurt, then mix for 5 sec / speed 4.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt, then mix for 15 sec / speed 3. Transfer to the prepared pan and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
