Preparation method
Place 50 g water in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket, weigh in champignon mushrooms and steam 3 min/120°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket with aid of spatula and transfer the remaining steaming water to a small bowl then set aside.
Place butter, shallots and steamed mushrooms in mixing bowl then sauté using High Temp function.
Add wine and reduce 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
Add reserved steaming water, cream cheese, flour, salt and pepper then start Thicken/100°C. Season to taste and serve hot.
