Dough preparation
Add the egg, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, soft butter, flour, cocoa, and baking powder into the bowl, and using the Dough function, knead for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Divide the dough into two parts, cover one of the pieces with plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer. Leave the other half at room temperature.
Cream preparation
Place the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, raisins, lemon essence, and vanilla essence in the bowl and mix for 20 seconds/speed 3.5.
Assembly
- Roll out the dough left at room temperature between two sheets of baking paper, transfer it to the pan, add the cottage cheese cream, and grate the other half of the dough from the freezer on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
