Grease and flour a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with convection.
Add in the bowl the banana pieces, coconut oil, yogurt, and honey, and blend for 10 seconds/Speed 4. Add the remaining dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, coconut flakes, and oats) and mix for 15 seconds/Speed 4. Add the blueberries and stir with a spatula until incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool before serving.
