- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place a large baking sheet on a baking tray and set it aside.
- Put the Gouda cheese in the mixing bowl and grate for 10 sec/Speed 6. Add the quark, milk, oil, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder, and knead for 20 sec using the Dough function. Add the bacon and knead for another 20 sec. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula and knead for an additional 20 sec.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces, shape them into biscuits, and place them about 2 cm apart on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush, brush the biscuits with yogurt and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F) until they are lightly golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
